Expenses, Commission, & Reimbursement

Commission is 10% of sale, purchase, or lease price.

Expense Reimbursement: The client is responsible for reimbursing Sandrine for all expenses incurred, whether or not a transaction is consummated. These expenses may include, but are not limited to: postage, FEDEX, telephone calls, videos, all advertising, gas, hauling, vet fees, daily stall fees, training fees, etc.
 

Travel: The client is responsible for payments of all travel costs, including transportation, lodging, food, etc, whether or not a transaction is consummated. Trainer will charge a $100 a day per diem when traveling to look for horses for the client. A 50% refund will be given and applied to the trainer’s commission when a horse is purchased or sold. This per diem does not apply when horses are local or are being tried at a horse show.
